How it runs
How a live session is organised
1. Pre-session call
A 10 minute technical check two days before: camera framing, lighting, microphone and internet.
2. Host briefing
You receive the question list and the running order so nothing on air is a surprise.
3. Going live
The host opens the room, introduces the festival and hands over to your reading or interview.
4. Audience Q&A
Viewers send questions in the chat and the host reads a selected set out to you.
5. Recording delivered
The full recording and short vertical clips are sent to you for your own channels.
