Information we collect
We collect the details you give us directly: your name, email address, book information, biography, photograph and any message you send through the contact form or newsletter signup. We do not buy personal data from third parties.
How information is stored
Participant details are stored in access-controlled systems used only by the festival team. Payment platform records (Fiverr, Upwork) remain with those providers under their own terms; we never store your full bank or card details.
How we use your information
To confirm participation, arrange sessions, produce your author page, send festival announcements and answer your enquiries. Author pages are published deliberately and only with the material you supply for publication.
Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies needed for the pages to function. We do not run advertising trackers. Any future analytics use will be limited to aggregate, non-identifying statistics.
Data protection
Access to participant data is restricted to the founder and the account manager. Data is retained only for as long as needed to run the festival and meet record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, withdraw from the newsletter at any time, or ask us to remove your author page and associated data. Write to christianah.agency@dprimelit.com and we will respond within 30 days.
