Every confirmed participant is given their own slot rather than being grouped into a crowded launch weekend. That is deliberate: attention is the scarce resource at any festival, and dividing it evenly is the fairest way to spend it.

Scheduling happens author by author. Time zones, release dates and personal calendars all differ, so the Schedule page fills in as sessions are agreed rather than being published as a fixed grid.

Once a month is set, the author's portfolio card, feature date and participation route go live together, and the listing stays online after the cycle closes.
